EYES OF THE DEAF

Here we are in Birmania. Boys and girls are mingled at the same area with the same staut: chldren soldiers. No, they are not playing, because weapons are not as nounous with what they use to play. They are being preparing for fighting in the national army. Their childhood is away! they are the new protctors of Birmania. (amidou)

  1. a nounous in English is "a teddybear" - so "weapons are not teddybears for playing with"

Remember Birmania is "Burma" or "Myanmar" in English. Myanmar is the more modern name.
